Questions

Why does my viewer already show it upright?
Some viewers rotate on screen without changing the file, so it reverts everywhere else. This changes the file itself.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Leave the pages box empty for all of them, or give a range like 2-5.
Does it re-encode anything?
No. Only the page rotation attribute changes.
